Returns:

In the very sad event you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or where possible a refund via PayPal. We ask that items are returned via post to us in their original state, unused. We are an independent small shop, so exchanges are preferable!

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.
